Shipping policy

Shipping Rates - These vary from item to item and may change over time.  However, a flat shipping fee of $10.00 for Standard postage and $16.00 for Express postage is usually the most common.  For our Equine Hemp range a separate shipping fee of $16.00 for the 10L buckets and $23.00 for the 20L buckets will apply due to their size and weight. 

* Free/Discounted Shipping Offer - to reward those customers who are prepared to buy in bulk and save:

  • discounted shipping applies to our Equine Hemp buckets - when you purchase 2+ buckets the shipping is a flat $5 per bucket

  • free shipping applies to all other products when your total order value after discounts is greater than $69 and you purchase at least 2 items

Tracking Options - Please use an email when ordering and check junk mail for your tracking number once your order is fulfilled.  Or feel free to email us with your name, contact and invoice number from the purchase at info@provex.com.au for shipping information. Please note that our parcels are tagged "Authority to Leave in a Safe Place" if you are not at your address.

Shipment Processing Time - All orders will be processed in 1 business day and will be shipped within 1- 2 business days of receiving the order.  Shipping is out of Melbourne. 

Estimated Delivery Times - We use Australian based carriers to freight our goods (mostly Australia Post) and are subject to their delivery times and service guarantees.  We estimate most deliveries to take 7 - 10 business days for standard post to arrive once processed.  For express post they take 1 - 3 business days for metropolitan areas and longer elsewhere.  For any concerns please contact us at info@provex.com.au

Shipping Restrictions - If ordered on a public holiday or after hours some items may take a little extra time to arrive. Delays may be experienced by Australia Post due to adverse weather conditions and seasonal factors.
